Our Polycom brand teleconferencing system can connect to single or multiple remote sites that employ similar technology.

Calls are made with IP addresses—eliminating ISDN charges.

In the CIS studio, we can comfortably seat up to 25 participants with multiple monitors and viewing angles.

Presenters can take advantage of our multiple camera angles, computer screen sharing, DVD playback, and document camera.

All this equipment is seamlessly integrated into your presentation by our staff of teleconferencing assistants.

Scheduling: Book early, as dates tend to fill up fast. Details can be sorted out by our staff and your remote party. Pre-testing prior to events is recommended.

*Portable teleconferencing systems that can be delivered and run almost anywhere on campus are also available. Peripheral equipment, however, is limited to a single camera and microphone.
