Classroom Technology Support Services maintains a complement of
instructional media equipment for the classroom support. Upon
request, this equipment will be delivered, set-up, and retrieved
by the staff of Classroom Support Services. Lead time recommended
in advance of use is 48 hours, with a minimum notice of 12:00 noon
the preceding day. All requests are subject to the availability of
the equipment requested.
Equipment requests for weekend
use must be picked up by Friday afternoon and returned the
following Monday morning.
There is no charge for use of
equipment by faculty and staff for official University related
activities.
